Проблематика міжправославних відносин у контексті діяльності Православної Церкви України

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано проблематику міжправославних відносин у контексті діяльності Православної Церкви України (ПЦУ). Конкретизовано важливі аспекти взаємодії між ПЦУ та іншими Православними Церквами щодо визнання її автокефалії; проаналізовано історичні, політичні та релігійні чинники, які впливають на цей процес. Особливу увагу приділено подіям, що відбулися після отримання ПЦУ автокефалії від Константинопольського Патріархату у 2018 р., таким як реакція на це РПЦ та інших Церков та наслідки для міжправославного діалогу і єдності. Висвітлено суспільно-політичні фактори, що впливали на становлення й розвиток православʼя в незалежній Україні, зокрема роль Церкви у формуванні національної ідентичності та самосвідомості українців.

The article analyzes the problems of inter-Orthodox relations in the context of the activities of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU). Important aspects of the relationship of the OCU with other Orthodox churches regarding the recognition of its autocephaly have been clarified. Historical, political and religious factors affecting the relationship between them are analyzed. Special attention is also paid to the events that took place after the OCU received autocephaly from the Patriarchate of Constantinople in 2018, such as the reaction of the Russian Orthodox Church and other Churches to this event, as well as the consequences for inter-Orthodox dialogue. and unity. The social and political aspects that influenced the formation and development of Orthodoxy in independent Ukraine are also highlighted, in particular the role of the church in the identity and national self-awareness of Ukrainians. The article is devoted to the analysis of those challenges and opportunities that appeared before the Orthodox communities in the context of the new church independence. In particular, issues of jurisdictional conflicts, internal divisions, as well as the influence of international Orthodox structures on internal processes in the Ukrainian Church are discussed. The effects of such relations on the domestic and international religious landscape are considered, including the reaction of other Orthodox Churches, as well as state influence on religious relations. Social and political dimensions affecting the formation of Orthodox identity in Ukraine are also analyzed. It emphasizes the need for further research on this issue for a better understanding of how religious factors affect the broader social and political context of Ukraine, as well as for determining ways to achieve religious unity and peace in the face of global interaction and challenges.
