A LOST AND FOUND MAN IN THE THEOLOGICAL SEARCH OF MODERN UKRAINIAN ORTHODOXY

The article analyzes the main trends in the development of the ideas of the theology of the Other and Eucharistic anthropology in modern Ukrainian Orthodox anthropology. Ukrainian theologians understand a person in its closerelationship withsociocultural reality, it sinner spiritual world, which his largely formed and carriedoutin communication with the Otherandits in volvement in the life of the Church. Among the main anthropological characteristics that are highlighted, understood and filled with new meanings are the ability to giveoneself to the Other, openness to receiving a gift from the Other, gratitude, Love. Considerable attention is paid to the roleand functions of the religious worldview in the processes of a person overcoming its natural properties and reaching higher states of spiritual life in love for the Other. Transformations of essential anthropological qualities take place in a closerelationship with transformations in the life of the Church, which indicates the presence both within anthropology and within ecclesiology of permanent and changing provisions. An human, both as a person and as a member of the Church, is subject to socio-cultural changes, which is there as on for the possibility of transformations within anthropology.
