Діяльність Всеукраїнського крайового ставропігійного братства святого апостола Андрія Первозванного в період третього відродження УАПЦ: специфіка відносин двох структур

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано діяльність Всеукраїнського крайового ставропігійного братства святого апостола Андрія Первозванного в період третього відродження Української Автокефальної Православної Церкви на межі 1980–1990-х рр. Розглянуто участь, роль та вплив братства на трансформаційний шлях УАПЦ від руху та об’єднання до православної конфесії національно-демократичного спрямування. На основі невідомих широкому загалу історичних фактів з опрацьованих джерел висвітлено інформацію про ключові персоналії досліджуваного періоду. Обґрунтовано висновок, що важливу роль у відродженні УАПЦ на Львівщині відіграло Всеукраїнське крайове ставропігійне братство святого апостола Андрія Первозванного.

The article deals with the analysis of the activities of the All-Ukrainian Regional Stauropygial Brotherhood of the Holy Apostle Andrew Primus Vocatus during the third revival of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church on the border of the 1980s and 1990s. Considered the participation, role and influence of the brotherhood on the transformational path of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church from the movement and unification to the Orthodox confession of the national-democratic direction, which became one of the important elements of the struggle for the independence of Ukraine and the separation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church from the religious influence of Moscow, is considered. On the basis of historical facts, unknown to the general public, from researched sources and literature, the article highlights information about key personalities of the period under study, their activities in the context of the implementation of the idea of the third revival of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church through the cooperation of the brotherhood with the leadership of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church. Particular attention is paid to intra-church development, in particular, the prospects of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church at the time of its revival are analyzed, and the relations between the leading denominations in the region are revealed. The article highlights the forms and methods of state authorities for countering the activities of the brotherhood, the structure of the UAOC, and in general the idea of an autocephalous church in Ukraine. The conclusion is substantiated that an important role in the revival of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church in the Lviv region was played by nationally oriented democratic forces that united in communities, in particular the All-Ukrainian Regional Stauropygial Brotherhood of the Holy Apostle Andrew Primus Vocatus.
