Пастирська допомога хворим: історія співпраці Церкви та медицини у Візантії та Руси-Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена історичним свідченням про участь Церкви у справі лікування хворих. У ній, зокрема, здійснено аналіз форм і методів співпраці християнства та лікувальної справи, розкрито вплив чернецтва на її розвиток, подано історію догляду Церкви за хворими.

The article is devoted to historical evidence about the participation of the church in the sphere of patients’ treatment . In it, in particular, the analysis of forms and methods of cooperation between Christianity and medical affairs is done, the impact of monasticism on its development is revealed, the history of the church care for patients is given.
