The purpose of this article is to outline the principles for establishing the limits of jurisdictional rights of Local (National) churches, to assess unlawful submission of Kyiv Metropolis by Moscow and unfounded claims of the Russian Church on the territory of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchate.
